高雄縣進出口商業同業公會，創立於民國六十三年六月迄今，已經有30年之歷史。會員成員主要經營各種產品之進出口業務，目前會員總計 172 家，均設籍在高雄縣，本會在歷屆理事長之卓越領導與全體會員通力合作積極配合會務推展下，使本會會務蒸蒸日上，深獲各界認同。

　　本會為一人民團體，每三年由會員大會選舉理事九人，組織理事會；選舉監事三人，組織監事會，然後由全體理事選舉常務理事三人，再由全體理事就當選常務理事中選舉－人為理事長，理事長連選得連任一次，監事會則由監事中選舉常務監事－人，監事會負 責監查會務及審核財務收支。

　　現任理事長為 陳思明 先生，綜理會務並對外代表本會，本會編制總幹事一人，由 李珠雀 小姐擔任，負責本會各項業務工作之孰行。

ABOUT KHIEA

   The Kaohsiung Hsien Importers and Exporters Association (KHIEA) is a commercial Group, with its members of around 172 trading companies on all kind of goods. Most of its member companies are located in Kaohsiung Hsien of South of Taiwan, R.O.C. It has been more than 30 years since its establishment in 1974.

    Mr. Yi-Long Zhuang is the current chairman , and the secretary general is Miss Chu-Chueh Li. The chairman represents KHIEA and is responsible for the association daily affairs. Under the chairman, there are board of directors and board of supervisors. The board of directors consists of three (incl. the chairman) executive directors and six directors. The board of supervisors consists of one executive supervisors and two supervisors. The main duty of the board of supervisors is to audit  the yearly financial budget and expenses.
